Frequently asked

You pay once when you create an event. There's no subscription. The price covers your full event and the gallery stays available for your tier's retention window –anywhere from 30 days on Mini up to 1 year on Pro.
The QR stays active throughout your event and for 24 hours after your scheduled end time –guests can keep uploading the morning-after selfies and breakfast shots. After that, the upload window closes; you keep your gallery for the full retention window of your tier.
Each unique device that uploads to the event. A guest is counted the first time they upload; more uploads from the same device don't count again. Scanning the QR without uploading doesn't use a spot.
All paid tiers accept videos –Mini records up to 15 seconds, Lite up to 30 seconds, Basic up to 1 minute, Pro up to 2 minutes per clip. Long enough for a quick toast, a dance clip, or the moments you want to capture in full.
All photos and videos for the event are permanently deleted from our storage when the retention window expires. Download everything you want to keep before then.
No refunds are available.
First purchase: you enter your card on the Stripe checkout page. Buying another event later reuses your saved card automatically, with no redirect. Add-ons always open a quick Stripe checkout (your saved card is already filled in) so you get a downloadable invoice for each one. To change cards, open Manage billing from your dashboard, or choose "Use a different card" at checkout.
