How do I create an event?+

Sign in with Google, choose a plan (Mini, Lite, Basic, and Pro) and complete checkout, then fill in your event details (name, end date, and what guests can capture). Display the QR code and you're ready.

How do guests join and upload?+

Display the QR code shown on your event card. Guests scan it with their phone camera, the event link opens in their browser, and they can capture or upload directly, and optionally tag photos to your prompts or add a short voice note. No app install and no account needed.

What do the plans include?+

Every plan is paid and includes photo and video uploads: Mini (20 guests, 7 days), Lite (150 guests, 30 days), Basic (300 guests, 6 months), and Pro (800 guests, 1 year). The live console is included from Basic up. Add-ons can extend guest slots, retention, video length, voice notes, and bulk download for a single event.

How do I download everything?+

Open the event and tap Prepare download to build one zip archive of all photos and videos. Bulk download is included on Lite, Basic, and Pro; on Mini you can add it per event. Per-photo download is available on every plan. The archive link stays available for 7 days.

Why can't guests upload videos?+

Every plan supports video; there is no photos-only tier. If video is off, check that you enabled it in your event settings. Video length is capped at 15 seconds on Mini, Lite, and Basic; 30 seconds on Pro; a video add-on can raise the limit for a specific event.

What is Pulse?+

Pulse lets guests react to each other's prompt photos with emoji and earn points: base points for answering a prompt, bonuses when others react, and combos for trending or being featured. Everyone climbs a live leaderboard, and on Mini you can project the Pulse Wall on the big screen.
