Acceptance
By creating an account or using Omoide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You are also responsible for the events you create and the content contributed to them – photos, videos, voice notes, and reactions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Omoide to:
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful
- Capture or share images of people without their consent
- Attempt to bypass tier limits or quotas
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the service
We may suspend or remove events that violate these rules without refund.
Retention and deletion
Media is automatically deleted at the end of the retention window for your tier. Download anything you want to keep before then. We are not liable for loss of media after the retention window expires.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Omoide is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected event.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Omoide after changes means you accept the updated terms.
